Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Call Center Representative to join our Roadside Assistance team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:
Responding to incoming calls from members in need of emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor mechanical issues
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the member's immediate safety, and documenting details accurately and promptly
Maintaining a calm and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations, to provide reassurance and support to our members
Collaborating with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process and ensure seamless service delivery
Working in a fast-paced, structured environment where performance goals are set and measured, with a focus on driving member satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment
Call Center experience is preferred, but not required - we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus, but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress, with a patient and understanding approach
Advanced computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
