Job Summary
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support through our online platforms. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate users on the features and benefits of Apple products. Your daily interactions will help maintain Apple's reputation for exceptional service standards. You will collaborate with a team of experts, utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies, and participate in ongoing training to refine your support skills and expand your product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and support tickets within agreed response times
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services
Educate customers on the features and benefits of their Apple products
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and product enhancements
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies and outcomes
Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our CRM platform

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer support role, particularly in a technical or electronic-focused environment
Strong understanding of Apple products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
High level of comfort working with computer and Internet technology
Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
