Unload and Process Freight: Safely and efficiently unload delivery trucks, verifying contents and updating documentation
Stocking and Inventory Management: Rearrange items, reorganize stock rooms, and replenish shelves to maintain accurate inventory levels
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to optimize store operations
Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and productive team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve store goals
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or similar settings preferred
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Skills: Attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow instructions and guidelines
