About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to bring innovative ideas, new solutions, and strategic vision to life through outstanding design. As a member of our Innovation Incubator team, you'll explore problem and opportunity spaces in new technologies, new products/services, and new ways of working. Your mission will be to bring ideas and solutions to life with great design, employing customer-centered design principles, skills, methods, and technologies.
Responsibilities

Lead conversations based on organizational strategy and principles to create alignment
Facilitate discussions across teams, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to share their opinion and be heard
Guide discussions toward decisions, clarify user experience strategy, and get buy-in
Create highly detailed design artifacts to clearly communicate a compelling desired future state for the product
Develop and maintain UI components, patterns, libraries, and guidelines for a cohesive user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and user needs

Requirements

3-4 years of experience delivering successful design work (Product Designer Senior) or 5-7 years of experience in design, design thinking, or related discipline (Product Designer Lead)
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Design, Business, or related field
Portfolio of work showcasing a strong sense of visual design
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders
Knowledge or work experience in design, design thinking, or related discipline
