Responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and support
Follow established communication scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives as needed
Perform data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Navigate online platforms and company resources to access information and resolve issues
Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
1+ year of call center or office experience
Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
Previous remote work experience a plus
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
Background check applicable with state and federal laws required
What We Offer:
Competitive starting salary: $14/hour, plus shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, with shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) and rotating weekends
Paid training: 3 weeks, 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday
Equipment provided for full-time permanent employees, with option for company-provided hardware and software
