We're looking for a talented individual to own the patient travel experience, analyze workflows, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. As a Care Operations Specialist, you will:
Own patient travel at Carrum, ensuring seamless processes for patients and the organization
Analyze travel workflows and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Assist with new client and provider onboarding, updating workflows as needed
Champion standardization, simplification, and best practices across the Patient Care Team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and respond to patient travel needs
Own processing and execution for critical patient tasks
About You: You have a strong background in the digital health space, with experience leading teams in a start-up environment that work directly with patients to improve their health. You possess:
2+ years of experience working with patients or end-users of digital health platforms
A commitment to delivering exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and integrity
Ability to drive change and impact in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong data-driven and analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
Experience handling aggressive deadlines, prioritizing work, and maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA requirements)
