To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and team members
A willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to developing new skills and knowledge
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with remote platforms (EMR systems, PatientSync, Phone Systems, Microsoft Teams)
A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of customer service experience
