Job Description:
Florida Atlantic University's Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Workforce Development Instructor/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in facilitating student progression during the BSN program, guiding students to success on the NCLEX exam, and contributing to the development of our nursing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate tutoring services, including setting up tutoring sessions, identifying peer tutors, and overseeing graduate teaching assistants
Act as a liaison for the Center for Learning and Student Success, working closely with faculty to determine students who require tutoring and monitoring student participation in tutoring sessions
Support students as they prepare for the NCLEX exam, monitoring completion of curricular requirements and guiding students post-graduation to ensure success on the NCLEX exam
Teach didactic, lab, or clinical courses as assigned, sharing your expertise and passion for nursing with our students

Requirements:
Masters degree in Nursing and Florida RN license required
