As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in presenting our products in a way that attracts consumer attention at our customer retail locations. Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise and maintain multiple bulk accounts by presenting approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following quality guidelines
Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and special programs
Creates and distributes point of sale materials, rotates product, and checks vendor equipment to ensure proper operation
Organizes and maintains backroom by stacking and arranging product, arranging returns, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up, proactive pricing, and discussions on new opportunities and activities

Requirements:

Valid in-state driver's license and excellent driving history
Proof of insurance policy with minimum coverage requirements
Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
Willingness to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
