Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members
Maintain a clean, organized, and member-friendly environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with members regarding club orders, product availability, and alternative options
Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle member issues and concerns with a positive and solutions-focused attitude
Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and drive business results
Participate in safety sweeps and report potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment
