Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one instruction and assistance to students in various academic subjects, including ELA, Algebra, Geometry, and more
Work with students from diverse backgrounds who may be considered at-risk, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents through verbal, written, and email interactions
Administer discipline fairly and maintain a respectful classroom atmosphere
Utilize specialized software, websites, and databases to enhance student learning and track progress
Analyze data to inform instruction and drive student academic growth and development
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Education or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in tutoring and/or teaching high school students
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional work environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly desirable)
