Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for facilitating the new-hire process, administering benefits, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining accurate records and employee statistics. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the new-hire process, including orientation and ensure timely processing of new-hire paperwork
Administer benefits, including claims resolution, invoice reconciliation, and communicating benefits information to employees
Provide full life cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
Maintain accurate records and employee statistics for government reporting
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization
Conduct reference and background checks, and assist in evaluating applicant qualifications
Prepare and extend job offer packages to successful candidates
Provide weekly status reports on open requisitions and recruiting activities
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting HR functions, ideally with government contracting
Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
