About the Role:
Taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer processing, and closing, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers
Proactively sourcing and attracting passive candidates, building a robust pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions, while driving employee referrals
Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning on role requirements to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, while staying abreast of current and future hiring needs
Maintaining an understanding of market data and creatively identifying top talent
Supporting talent acquisition process improvement by identifying system and workflow areas of opportunity
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess:
3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment
3+ years of proven experience with high-volume recruiting
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client services and clear communication
Solution-centric, with an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform recruitment strategies
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our collective success
Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience recruiting within a healthcare, startup, or high-growth environment
Previous agency recruiting experience
Experience using Greenhouse
