Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including shipping, packaging, printing, and private mailbox services, to effectively promote and sell them to customers
Operate all equipment, software, and devices with expertise, and be willing to teach others
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our cash registers and point-of-sale systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, alternative solutions, and new product offerings to continuously improve our services and drive sales growth
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication, people, and phone skills
Strong computer skills, including email and proficiency in various software applications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, responsible, and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work varying hours, including weekends
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset, but not required
