Deliver dynamic and creative curriculum for students
Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
Support team members and collaborate with school district personnel
Implement accreditation and state QRIS standards
Communicate effectively with varied audiences, including children, parents, and staff
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Drive to inspire a love for learning and engage children in fun and interactive ways
Respect for and dedication to working with children
1 year of direct experience in a licensed childcare atmosphere
Associate's Degree with at least 60 semester hours in childcare
Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, MERIT clearance, and Cleared TB
