We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Full-Time Merchandiser to join our team at Workwarp. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in presenting our products in a way that attracts consumer attention at our customer retail locations. Key Responsibilities:
Merchandise and maintain multiple bulk accounts by presenting approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following quality guidelines
Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and special programs
Physically moves product from the backroom and places it on display
Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted
Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor
Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions

Competitive salary ($160.00 - $170.00 per day, depending on experience)

Requirements:
Valid in-state driver's license
Excellent driving history
Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage
Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
Work Environment:
The work environment will vary, including but not limited to exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
