Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in the LA area market. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by performing installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our cutting-edge filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair products to ensure optimal performance
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing water filters, cleaning and sanitizing water tanks, and replacing UV bulbs
Conduct visual inspections to identify leaks and malfunctions
Provide exceptional customer service and support during site visits
Operate a company vehicle and maintain a safe and clean working environment
Electronically transfer customer and company information, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Experience in repair and maintenance, with a technical school degree preferred
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with familiarity with basic tools and equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and quantity
Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70+ pounds
Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
