Position: Entry Level Software Engineer
Job Summary:
As an Entry Level Software Engineer at Workwarp, you will work closely with experienced engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. You will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment and contribute to the development of AI Agents and database platforms for a well-known industry leader in the payment space.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python and TypeScript
Work closely with experienced engineers to ensure high-quality software development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Develop and maintain databases using SQL and database management systems
Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in software development (new graduates welcome)
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
Familiarity with at least one Python framework, Django preferred
Familiarity with front-end frameworks, such as React
Hands-on experience with databases and SQL
Basic knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git
Preferred Skills:
Experience with web scraping tools like Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, or Selenium
Familiarity with developing and consuming APIs
Understanding of automated testing frameworks and best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
