As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customer base, troubleshooting and repairing office equipment, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair office equipment, including copiers, printers, fax machines, and other devices
Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
Manage time, resources, and territorial considerations to optimize service delivery

Mechanical and electrical mindset, with a strong understanding of office equipment and technology
Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
