Ā Assist customers with reservations, tickets, and other Disney-related services.
Ā Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Ā Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database.
Ā Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Ā Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Ā Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ā Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems and applications.
Ā Passion for Disney and a desire to create magical experiences for our guests.
