As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Data onboarding for new and existing customers
Acquiring data from various sources, including files and databases, and gathering and maintaining data requirements
Investigating and identifying issues in data ingestion and processing, and collaborating with the product team to build prototypes for analytical products
Working closely with the product and customer teams to understand analytical needs, identify success metrics, and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers
Developing Tableau analytics and dashboards according to customer needs and internal requirements
Coaching and being a resource for other team members
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a data analyst or business analyst, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience
Strong knowledge of and experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Excel), databases (SQL, Postgres, etc.)
Experience in Python
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organization and communication skills
Bonus Points:
Experience working with EHRs
Experience working on ETL
