Job Description
We're seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
Providing accurate information about bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
Finding personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly
Requirements
Fluent in Danish
Good command of English
Flexible and dynamic with a passion for customer service
