Job Summary:

DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team on a remote work basis. As an associate-level professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, driving patient satisfaction and care.

Key Responsibilities:


Patient Interaction: Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and provide detailed information on services, appointments, and treatment options.
Data Management: Maintain accurate patient records using our EHR system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare team members to relay patient information effectively and liaise with departments for insurance verification and administrative processes.
Problem Solving: Address patient concerns, troubleshoot issues, and implement escalating procedures for complex cases.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in training and development sessions.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor patient feedback and support initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and engagement.


Requirements:


Education & Experience: A minimum of 4 years of prior experience in a contact center, healthcare, or customer service setting. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, communications, or relevant field preferred.
Personality Traits: Passionate about healthcare and helping others. Driven to achieve goals and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent critical thinking skills, and ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions under pressure.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and EHR systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
