About the Role:
Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training
Follow individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
Communicate with parents/guardians/caregivers regarding client progress
Assist with parent/guardian/caregiver training and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation required
ABA certification - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
Adult & Pediatric First Aid + CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Clear Tuberculosis (TB) test (or willingness to obtain)
Physical ability to perform job duties, with or without reasonable accommodations
