Job Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized therapy programs
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year minimum)
ABA experience preferred, but not required (we provide training)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35lbs
Perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, or standing for periods of time
Respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children
