Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team at Deel, a leading platform for global hiring and payroll management. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the US immigration process, providing exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage US business immigration cases from inception to resolution, providing industry-leading support and strategy to clients
Prepare and file initial submissions, re-submissions, and RFE/NOID responses for various petition types, including O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW
Offer consular support assistance for immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications, including DS-160 and DS-260 forms
Continuously develop your skills by learning new case types and improving processes to achieve production targets and increase client satisfaction
Effectively communicate with clients, identify solutions, and provide feedback for process improvement
Report directly to the Immigration Specialist Manager and collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
5+ years of business immigration experience, preferably with O-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW experience
1+ year of experience working in a law firm, corporate, or startup setting
Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills
Excellent client services skills, with experience interacting with customers via email, call, and video
Ability to function independently, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with JIRA, Notion, and Slack is a plus
