Your mission will be to break down complex technology into simple, easy-to-understand terms, empowering customers to make informed decisions and appreciate the unique value of each product. You'll also collaborate closely with other sales associates, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure they're equipped to provide exceptional support to customers interested in Sony products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a deep understanding of new home theater technology and staying up-to-date on the latest developments
Providing actionable feedback to vendor partners and market teams on performance, promotions, and sales best practices
Ensuring the department is organized, well-maintained, and always ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Educating and supporting other team members to enhance their knowledge of Sony home theater products
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions
1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
