Job Responsibilities:
Set up and manage our Google Merchant account, resolving issues related to Google bans or other problems with Google Merchant Center
Identify root causes of bans, offering strategies for compliance with Google's policies and providing guidance on how to appeal bans and rectify account suspensions
Develop and maintain guidelines for product data quality and accuracy, ensuring all listings meet Google's specifications
Regularly track and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional strategies and campaigns with Google Merchant initiatives
Requirements:
Prior experience in a risk management role specifically in Google Merchant Center
Recent experience working with Google Merchant (within the last year)
Ability to manage the reinstatement process for ad accounts and Google Merchant accounts
Knowledge of Google's policies and procedures to resolve account issues promptly and successfully
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools to enhance account performance
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
