Compensation: Competitive salary ($16.00 - $28.27 per hour) and comprehensive benefits package
Start Date: Immediate openings available, with 5 weeks of paid on-the-job training
Location: Remote, with the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S.
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Support Center Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to patients and internal customers. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure they receive the care they need.
In this role, you will:
Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating care, concern, and quality in every interaction
Utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft Suite, to resolve customer needs and document patient information
Collaborate with internal teams, including clinicians and supervisors, to resolve patient issues and improve health outcomes
Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
We're looking for candidates with:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in a customer service-based role
40 wpm typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a virtual environment
Preferred qualifications include:
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Previous experience working in a virtual environment
Previous experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
