We offer a fee-for-service model, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care without the constraints of PPO contracts. What We Offer:
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care, including evaluations, oral exams, restorations, extractions, and other dental procedures
Develop treatment plans and interact with patients to educate them on proper oral care
Build relationships with local specialists and refer patients as needed
Contribute to a positive team culture and drive revenue growth
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
General dentistry experience, with a focus on continuing education and advanced skills
