Join Our Team as a Carrier Revenue Analyst - Remote Opportunity

Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating revenue and claims reports for key stakeholders in the Finance department
Reviewing claims to identify denials and underpayments, and analyzing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to identify under-allowed and denied claims
Monitoring and tracking contractual, billing, claims, and posting errors, and providing continuous feedback to the management team
Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to perform routine follow-up and escalate issues as required
Compiling and batching denied claims for expedited re-processing, and analyzing claims data to identify corrective action plans
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on account collection activity using Microsoft Excel
Collaborating with colleagues to support each other's work and contribute to overall unit success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
Minimum 2 years of related experience, with a motivated and positive work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) or similar software, with an ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Excellent analytical skills, including attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, and researching skills
Knowledge of billing and claims procedures and claims collection techniques (welcome but not required)
