Required Skills and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations. • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and transactions. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Previous customer service experience preferred. • Knowledge of airline reservation systems and procedures is a plus.
