Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Patients as an Activities Coordinator on our Geri/Psych Floor at UMass Memorial Health. We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team in creating a supportive and engaging environment for our patients. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and leading group activities, recreational programs, and special events that cater to the unique needs of our patients.
About the Role: This part-time position (16 hours, evenings) offers a competitive salary and a signing bonus may be available. As an Activities Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized activity plans that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include creating and posting activity schedules, leading group activities, and evaluating patient progress.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
Ability to work evenings and every other weekend/holiday
