Job Highlights: • Position: 3rd Shift Packaging Specialist • Location: Remote • Company: Saputo Cheese USA Inc. • Start Date: Immediate openings available • Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $20.69/hour, plus $1 shift premium for hours worked between 6pm-6am and excellent benefits after 90 days We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Packaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our packaging team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging operations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform packaging duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor, including rotating between lines and positions while practicing good ergonomics • Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve team goals and assist in setting up for production and changeovers • Visually inspect products for quality defects and observe all safety rules, work rules, and procedures • Operate and maintain equipment, including foamers, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety policies Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent education, experience, or training • Excellent work ethic, consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime and holidays • Ability to work comfortably with mathematical figures and perform medium to heavy lifting, with frequent stooping, squatting, reaching, and handling 25-30# tubs of cheese/finished product What We Offer: • Development opportunities to enhance your career fulfillment • Meaningful compensation and benefits to help you care for your family • Opportunities to contribute to your community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo products Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applications from diverse candidates.
