Job Description
We're looking for a motivated, disciplined, and empathetic individual to join our real estate acquisitions team. As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll work with highly motivated leads, making it easier to close deals. Your role will involve:
Contacting homeowners to understand their situation and offer tailored solutions
Guiding sellers through the process of selling their property
Working closely with our team to close deals and help homeowners out of difficult situations
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
High commission: Earn 20% of the profit from each deal you close
Supportive environment: Comprehensive 3-day onboarding training program, followed by live group calls and continuous sales training
Long-term growth: After closing 3 deals, you'll have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $2,500 per month plus 5% of the profit from each deal
