Responsibilities:
Picking parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
Inspecting and receiving product, prepackaging product for bin/emergency stock, and performing quality control checks
Packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, and preparing products for shipping
Acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests
Performing inventory counts, investigating customer complaints, and updating inventory stock levels
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
Dependable, responsible, and committed to excellence and success
Physical ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, lift up to 35 lbs., and stand for long periods
