Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and experienced coach to teach children's fitness classes, help drive monthly team goals in promotions and sales, and provide exceptional customer service. If you're a team player with a background in fitness, athletics, or a related field, and a passion for working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Teach children's fitness classes and activities, promoting fun, safety, and skill development
Help meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales, contributing to the growth and success of our center
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for families and children
Collaborate with our team to create a supportive, engaging, and motivating environment for kids and staff alike
Requirements:
Ability to work 25-40 hours per week, including weekends
Highly energetic and motivated, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with children, preferably in a fitness or athletic setting
Background in fitness, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or a related field
Effective leadership, motivational, and time management skills
Adept sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
Clean background check
