Our story began in 1934 with Mr. Farley, who started in the Oklahoma oil fields with a vision for something greater. By 1963, hed discovered his passion for insurance, laying the foundation for a thriving family business in the financial services industry that has now spanned three generations. Over the decades, we've expanded from a local insurance agency to the launch in 2025 to our nationwide enterprise, driven by organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. Consistently engage in training sessions and mentorship programs to build industry expertise and improve client outcomes.
Achieve sales targets through persistent outreach, networking, and by delivering exceptional service to clients.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability while learning from challenges and continuously improving your approach.
Commit to a full-time schedule of 10-12 hours per day, six days a week, for the first year to build momentum in your role.
Aspire to become a champion in your community, with the goal of stepping onto the stage of achievement and success within 12 months of your start date.
