Job Responsibilities
Ā Assist customers with ticketing and reservations
Ā Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
Ā Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Ā Ensure compliance with all airline policies and regulations
Ā Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth airport operations
Ā Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Ā Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ā Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
Ā Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ā Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills
Ā Fluency in multiple languages
Ā Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
