Key Responsibilities:

Drive financial performance and sales growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
Provide supervision, development opportunities, and recognition to hourly associates
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
