Key Responsibilities:
Build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders across Talent and Netflix, leveraging a consultative approach
Collaborate with partners to understand talent-related business problems and gather relevant data to analyze
Strategically utilize analytical methodologies to attract, hire, develop, and retain qualified talent
Translate data and insights into meaningful stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making
Utilize expertise and knowledge of the HR industry and people analytics trends to address practical business challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data integrity and utility, influencing change where relevant
Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in people analytics or similar roles
Strong business acumen and user-centric mindset
Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management, executive influence, and partnership
Exceptional communication skills across technical, non-technical teams, and levels of seniority
Hands-on experience with databases, statistical analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms
