Job Title: Strategic Marketing Consultant (DACH Focus) for Channel Audit & Step-by-Step Optimization

We are looking for a strategic marketing consultant (freelance) to analyze and optimize our existing online marketing setup. We do not want to rebuild everything from scratch – we want a clear picture of where we stand and a realistic, step-by-step plan to get better. Scope of work You will: Run a current state (IST) analysis of our main channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Website & Blog Google Ads Identify where our leads really come from and which channels contribute most to qualified leads and sales. Create a pragmatic, strategic roadmap: Where are we now? Where do we want to go (realistic targets)? Which concrete actions can we take step by step without blowing everything up? Work strictly data-driven: Use tracking, reporting and (where useful) A/B tests Make sure every important change is measurable and can be evaluated afterwards Tools & skills You should be comfortable with: Online marketing strategy and performance-oriented thinking SEO (on-page and basic off-page) Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console Understanding how to extract the relevant insights from these tools (not just screenshots) Using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for research, ideation or drafts is explicitly welcome – as long as you mention openly where and how you use them. Transparency is important to us. Language & market German language is mandatory (C1/C2 or native level). You must genuinely understand the German market and typical German expectations, tone and mindset. All ongoing communication will be 100% in German (calls, messages, feedback).
