Support & Enablement (10%): Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
People Management (50%): Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Software Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Learning & Development (10%): Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Mastery of an object-oriented programming language (preferably Java)
