Job Title: Senior System Engineer - Transform Digital Experiences
Job Description:
Join our innovative team as a Senior System Engineer and play a key role in redefining connectivity and transforming how the world shares stories and experiences. As a seasoned engineering expert, you will lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions, drive design decisions, and ensure the reliability and performance of our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24x7 Tier 1 support for agent-facing applications, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and OPUS
Manage escalated issues, incidents, and outages, and drive prompt resolution
Develop and maintain technical knowledge-base, run books, and observability tools for proactive incident detection and problem-solving
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Release Management, Product Development, and Tier 2 SRE teams, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and risk mitigation
Optimize the overall T1 on-call process and incident response workflow, including alert rules, communication methods, and incident response plans
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus and managing high-performing teams
5+ years of experience with Incident Management, Incident response, and managing Tier 1 Production Operations teams
Strong technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies, and customer communications
Proficiency in Salesforce Development (Apex, Visual Force, Lightning), Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Dynatrace, and ELK (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and logging
