Join Harbor's Growing Legal Technology and Operations Department as a Senior Project Manager & Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager & Team Lead to oversee the implementation of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional client satisfaction, and adherence to best practices. As a primary point of contact for client engagements, you will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leveraging your negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to drive success. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, with a preference for the London area.
As a Team Lead, you will manage up to three Project Managers, develop and mentor team members, and serve as an escalation point as needed. Your expertise in project management, combined with your ability to collaborate with business and technology leaders, will enable you to deliver solutions that help clients maximize their investment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery using Harbor's Project Management tools
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
Utilize Harbor's Project Management tools to track project progress and report milestones to stakeholders
Coordinate project documentation and monitor project risks


Client Engagement and Communication

Act as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates
Address client concerns and escalations promptly
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills


Team Leadership and Collaboration

Manage and develop Project Manager team members, ensuring adherence to Harbor's project management standards
Serve as an escalation point as needed
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and alignment


Resource and Risk Management

Schedule assignments, track project tasks, and monitor progress
Provide direction and support to project team members
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to manage them


Budget Management

Responsible for keeping projects on budget, providing customer billing and reviewing invoices
Provide timely budget utilization updates to clients


Scope Management

Ensure projects deliver the scope outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
Follow strict Change Management guidelines for tasks not explicitly defined in the SOW
Participate in requirements discussions and ensure requirements are documented and approved



Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

Project management experience implementing Aderant Expert / Elite 3E
Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficient in collaboration and project tracking tools
3+ years of experience in the legal software industry or with the firm's services
Competent in problem-solving, customer focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality
Authorized to work in the UK without restriction or sponsorship
