We are seeking a highly skilled Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst I to play a vital role in our Information Security department. As a key member of our team, you will conduct risk-based assessments, provide security recommendations, and ensure adherence to our security standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk-based assessments related to third-parties, technologies, and hardware devices
Provide security recommendations to ensure adherence to Southcoast's security standards and applicable regulations
Collaborate with business units, project management offices, and external contacts to identify and mitigate potential risks
Regularly interface with various stakeholders, including providers, internal technical teams, and external contacts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in risk management, IT audit, or a similar field
Experience in the healthcare services industry or a highly regulated industry
Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations (HIPAA and MA 201 CMR 17.00)
Knowledge of various control frameworks (NIST, ISO) and control sets (NIST, CIS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
Proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools and project management skills
