As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. If you have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding various requests * Providing accurate and timely information about blithequark's products and services * Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Documenting customer interactions and tracking call types * Maintaining support service levels and upholding Customer Service standards * Owning follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability * Taking inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift * Performing all other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience * Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus * Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills * A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently * Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel) * SAP experience is a plus * Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus * Ability to navigate information systems and internet * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bilingual French speaking skills * Previous experience in a similar role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two calls are ever the same.
