Join our team as a Client Services Manager and play a vital role in delivering market-changing benefits technology and services to our clients! We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in providing exceptional client experiences and driving business success. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of client service professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of client projects, and identifying areas for improvement. This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $119,000 per year, depending on your education, experience, and skills.

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for:


Leading client meetings, including escalation discussions, and ensuring proactive engagement with internal teams
Reviewing and analyzing client deliverables, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing operational performance reports to client leadership
Collaborating with Directors, AVP's, and Client Services Leads on special projects and serving as a point of escalation for client deliverables
Managing and developing team members, conducting regular 1:1's, and ensuring successful execution of assigned tasks
Supporting the transition of new clients and ensuring new team member training is completed
Operating as a domain leader and driving results with urgency


To be successful in this role, you'll need:


5-7 years of direct industry or equivalent experience
3+ years of team lead/management experience
Experience with delegation, directing, and leading change, as well as managing quality and a customer service mindset
Strong leadership communication and fact-based management skills
Ability to drive results with urgency and prioritize workload management across large projects and teams
