Following detailed instructions, procedures, and policies in accordance with the department and company guidelines
Quickly adapting to changes and modifications in the call center environment
Communicating clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
Efficiently executing multiple tasks at once and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
