Job Responsibilities:
As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Acting as a liaison between internal cross-functional teams and our domestic/international vendor base
Managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
Coordinating sample management, including requesting and tracking samples from external vendors
Leading communication for upcoming order responsibilities and providing updates to internal and external teams
Supporting Senior/Production Coordinators in executing the Go-To-Market schedule and company initiatives
Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to the cross-functional team
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/purchasing or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and think critically
